Updated! Butterflies and Skippers. As of March 13, 2019, this album consists of 158 photos of 84 species in 6 families.  Most photos were taken in the northeastern United States, but 20 species were photographed in Costa Rica, 11 in Cuba, and 5 in Ecuador.  They are organized by taxonomic group, using the taxonomy and sort order of Butterflies of America. Western New York Bird Photo Gallery. As of April 25, 2013, it has 266 photos with 140 bird species, all taken in western New York.  All the species in this gallery are also found in my World Bird Photos Parts 1 and 2 galleries, plus many more.  I plan to eventually discontinue this gallery.  Photos taken in NY in my World Bird Photos can be found by using the Jalbum search box to search for NY.
