Tentatively identified by Steve Nanz at BugGuide.net.  This is the first adult specimen at BG.  He thinks the dark spot on the left forewing is due to damage and is not an intrinsic marking. Possibly Coleophora kearfottella - Hodges#1290 Lateral  Photographed near Rochester, NY on July 20, 2014.  This is another view of the indivdual in the previous photo.   Wingspan=9 mm.   Tentatively identified by Steve Nanz at BugGuide.net.  This is the first adult specimen at BG.  He thinks the dark spot on the left forewing is due to damage and is not an intrinsic marking.
